What is a contract agreement for nursing agency business?
A nursing agency contract agreement is a legally binding exchange promises or
agreement between a healthcare facility and a nursing agency registry business.
The contract agreement between a nursing agency and a hospital, nursing home,
clinics, rehabilatation centers, long term care, or home healthcare providers
are legal fomrs and must be sign by authorize parties before they can transact
business. The contract agreement terms must include the nursing agency registry
and the healthcare facilities terms. The term must include the responsibilities,
billing procedure, insurances, payment rate, vacations and holidays.

Facility will take no steps to recruit as its own employees
those contractors and employees provided by ABC Nursing Agency Registry during
the term of this agreement. Facility understands ABC Nursing Agency
Registry is not an employment agency and that its contractors, employees are
assigned to the facility to render temporary service and are not assigned to
become employed by the facility. The facility may not hire ABC Nursing
Agency Registry contractors, employees unless its first arranged with ABC
Nursing Agency Registry the manner by which ABC Nursing Agency Registry is to be
compensated for its expense in recruiting said contractor, employees.

ABC Nursing Agency Registry will invoice facility bi-weekly
for its services. The rates for its services are shown on Exhibit A. The
rates for services established in Exhibit "A" can be amended prospectively by
ABC Nursing Agency Registry at anytime upon thirty (30) days written
notice to facility.

Facility shall pay ABC Nursing Registry invoices within (15)
business days from date of invoice. Invoices not paid within (15) days are
considered past due and will be charge a finance charge of one and half (1.5%)
per month on the unpaid balance (annual percentage of 18%) or the maximum
interest rate allowed by law, whichever is lower. Facility agrees to pay
the finance charge together with reasonable attorney's fees the the cost of
collection.
